50 ml Mazzetti London Dry Gin
30 ml Triple sec
20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

Shake all the ingredients and strain into an iced cup.

Tips: A small dose of sugar, 5-10ml, can help make the drink less acidic. 10 ml of pasteurized egg white can give a softer and more silky texture.
